Terms and Conditions

Article 1: Purpose

The terms and conditions of sale set forth below establish the rights and obligations of the lessor and
its customers in connection with the rental of the house “La Petite Grange” and the services associated therewith
.

These terms and conditions of sale are subject to change at any time without notice. Acceptance of and compliance with these terms and conditions are deemed to have been given upon booking.

Article 2: Rates and Services

Rental rates are listed on the "Book" page of the La Petite Grange website.

These prices include all taxes, including tourist taxes. They are subject to change at any time.

The rates used will be those in effect at the time of booking confirmation.

The rental price includes: breakfast for two, a bottle of sparkling wine, sheets, towels, bathrobes, water, and electricity.

Article 3: Reservation

Reservations can be made by phone, by email using the number or address listed in the “Contact” section of the La Petite Grange website, or directly on our website.

The reservation is not confirmed until full payment for the stay has been received.

Article 4: Payment and Security Deposit

4.1: Payment
Full payment must be made by check, bank transfer, or through our website.

The customer’s identity will remain confidential, unless we are required to disclose it,
at the request of the authorities.

We do not accept deposits.

Article 5: Arrivals and Departures

5.1: Check-in

Check-in begins at 5:00 PM. The exact address of the house will be provided to the guest via e
later in the afternoon of the day of arrival. Keys will be delivered via a key box, with a code sent by text message on the day of arrival.

5.2: Checkout

The tenant must vacate the house by 12:00 p.m. at the latest.


Under no circumstances may the tenant claim any right to remain on the premises upon the expiration of the initially reserved period.

The landlord does not charge for end-of-stay cleaning (unless there is evidence of misuse), but the tenant agrees to leave the house clean and, in particular, to place trash and waste in the designated trash bags.

Inspection and inventory: At the end of the stay, the landlord has 48 hours to report any damage found. After this period, the landlord’s acceptance of the property’s condition and the inventory will be deemed final.

Article 6: Use of the Premises

– The tenant shall use the rental property in a peaceful and reasonable manner, as defined by the Civil Code. The tenant must use the property properly and in accordance with its intended purpose.

– Engaging in any professional activity or activity that violates the laws and regulations in force in France
or is contrary to public decency is strictly prohibited.

– Accessing websites that are prohibited in France and illegal downloading are prohibited. The customer bears full and sole responsibility for their actions in this regard. The customer must make reasonable use of the Internet connection provided to them.

– “La Petite Grange” is entirely non-smoking. However, smoking is permitted outdoors provided that guests use the ashtrays provided.
– Guests must strictly follow the spa’s operating instructions. Use of the spa is at the guests’ own
risk.

People with heart conditions or high blood pressure, as well as pregnant women, are prohibited from using the hydrotherapy tub. We assume no liability
in the event that this equipment is used under such conditions.

– “La Petite Grange is reserved for adults over the age of 18.
– The house may not be used for any purpose other than residential use and is intended to accommodate a maximum of three
people.
– Pets are not allowed.
– Excessive noise must be avoided between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

– In any event, La Petite Grange shall not be held liable for the actions of the guest or any occupant acting on their behalf in connection with their stay at the property.

Article 7: Terms and Conditions for Cancellation or Modification of the Trip

– Cancellation up to 30 days before the date of the stay: full refund.
– Cancellation between 30 and 10 days before the date of the stay: 50% of the cost of the stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.
– In the event of cancellation less than 10 days before the stay, or in the event of a no-show, the full cost of the stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.

The rental period is as specified at the time of booking. If the renter decides to shorten their stay, no refund will be issued.

In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances such as power outages, floods, damage caused by the previous tenant, mandatory renovations…

The owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation and will issue a full refund at no additional cost to the customer.

In the event of a breach of the terms of use for the rented property, the lease may be terminated immediately and automatically by the owner, without any compensation or reimbursement.

The tenant agrees to vacate the premises within one hour of receiving notice from the landlord—
in any form—of said termination.

Article 8: Liability and Insurance

– The customer is responsible for ensuring that they have personal liability insurance, which they are presumed to h
(including a vacation clause) as of the date of their reservation.

– The customer acknowledges that they are responsible for the use of any products or equipment made available to them.
